🌟 Join the Team! Recruiting moderators for r/NIOS.

Hey everyone!

r/NIOS is on the lookout for passionate, responsible, and active members of the NIOS community to join our moderator team!

Whether you're a current student, alumni, or someone who just wants to help build a supportive and informative space for NIOS learners, this is your chance to make a difference.

🔧 What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Participation: You check Reddit regularly and are willing to help keep the subreddit clean and respectful.
  • Familiarity with NIOS: You’ve experienced the NIOS system—whether it's Secondary, Sr. Secondary, or ODL—and understand the needs of fellow learners.
  • Good Communication: You can interact respectfully and fairly with all users.
  • Willingness to Learn: No mod experience? No problem! We’ll guide you through the tools and rules.

🌟 Bonus Points If You:

  • Know how to format posts, flair content, or use automod.
  • Are active on Discord, Telegram, or other student communities.
  • Have experience with organizing events, AMAs, or study resources.

📩 How to Apply:

👉 Apply via Modmail with the subject "mod application" and answer the following:

  • Why you want to be a mod.
  • How often you're online.
  • Any relevant experience or skills.

🙌 Why Become a Mod?

  • Help fellow students navigate the NIOS journey.
  • Improve the quality of resources, discussions, and support here.
  • Build moderation and community management experience (looks great on a resume too!).

Let’s make r/NIOS a helpful, friendly hub for all open learners 💬📚

Looking forward to your response!
