A couple of questions from a newbie

1. when I’m scouting a player, and it says A B C D should I take that rating that’s been given to that player as gospel? Or should I pay more attention to the stats on the player.

2. I’ve been thinking about an extra long term save to try and do, take Wales to the top of the coefficient rankings in UEFA, is this even possible how would I go about doing it.
