Withdrawals are painful

Feels like every dosage creates this conductive cable housing around the nerves to protect it, and every dose I go down, the cable housing is melting with acid. Can't sleep, can't stay up without pain. Suicidal thoughts and panic attacks throughout the day and the only solution is to doze off from the pain.

Going down from 100 to 25mg in 8 months, been on it for 5 years. Currently going down to 25 from 50mg, 4th day of tapering.
