can you get mental help for someone who doesn’t want mental help That Is An Adult Male And who May Or May not Fall Into The Autism Spectrum Also Help For when they have erratic behavior from getting physical to shouting to also not understanding their own behavior or actions.I don’t want cops involved cause it’s not the appropriate way to get help.Also I’ve Researched A Bit But It’s A Bit Hard Cause I keep Getting Ones That Only Help With Teenagers or Suicide. Here’s more information about their behavior so you can have more understanding

So He Believes That Some celebrities Are His Friends/Protector Like He believes that they can remove and erase people he dislikes.From My Understanding his IQ level is low unsure if that matters but I don’t know at this point. He was told he can have autism but when he was told that it wasn’t by a professional just a ems since one of his behaviors caused him to have trouble breathing Also schizophrenic has also been something I’ve thought he might have but he doesn’t talk to himself or to something that’s not there.

I’m very unsure what to do since he’s an adult he can refuse the help and then them not help because of his refusal. he was cooperative at a time but from Him not getting answers from when he thought he was he started having a bad outlook on doctors appointments/checkups he also doesn’t like certain doctors he prefer males over females he also thinks that males have more of the ability to solve his problem and “fix him”

He also goes back and forth from wanting help to seeing that he doesn’t want help then to asking what’s wrong with him And Asking Questions That He Does Know Like What’s His name? Also his Age And Even People he sees day to day.

He’s Never Drank Or Done Drugs His Whole Life And He Also Seems To Be Forgetting What He’s Learned From When He Was taught from school /Homeschooling.

He also refuses And Has No Interest to do anything that’s a normal basic hygiene care like shower , cut hair…etc

I’m not his sole care taker but I don’t know what to do next since a lot of places seem like they won’t help if he doesn’t fit the requirements even tho he obviously can’t take care of himself if any more information is needed for help I’ll share what I can . I’ve tried all I can do with my ability but since I don’t have any say it’s just difficult and I’m tired mentally and physically
