Moving up the coast w U-Haul

Hi,

I’m moving from Southern California to Seattle area soon and am trying to map out my route. I have family about an hr and a half north of San Francisco so that will be the first stop but after that I wanted to ask if anyone has any recommendations on where to stop / if anyone has done this drive?

I was thinking Eugene but wanted to hear any advice in general or ideas! Thank you:)
