Frisk isn't as powerful as one might think

Starting off with Frisk one shotting the Hollow Knight in the first episode, I find that a bit unbelievable. Upon viewing the blue book in the librarby it states "Humans, with their physical forms, are far stronger than us" and viewing the orange book states "Because they are made of magic, monster's bodies are attuned to their SOUL. If a monster doesn't want to fight, it's defences will weaken. And the crueller the intentions of our enemies, the more their attacks will hurt us". What this is telling us is due to how connected monsters are to their souls, if a monster doesn't want to battle, or the human their in a fight with are very cruel in their intentions, it will be much easier for the monster to be killed in one hit. This doesn't mean that humans are very strong, just means monsters are pretty weak, well at least common monsters are, but even someone like Undyne, a well trained soldier and leader of the royal guard is still struggling with a human child.

Getting back to my first point, Frisk killing the Hollow Knight in one shot doesn't really make much sense. The bugs of Hallownest as well as the vessels aren't made of magic. Sure, you could argue that the void within the vessels does count as magic, but I see it more as a force. You could argue as since the vessel's outer shell is made of soul, that means its made of magic, but I don't think the Hollow Knight is attuned to it like how monsters are. Even if Frisk's determination made them more powerful against the Hollow Knight and the Knight even though they have no attunement with their souls, I'd argue that since throughout the Hollow Knight boss the Radiance is the one controlling the Hollow Knight her will would easily overpower Frisk's determination due to her being a higher being (a God) as well as being very desperate.

Another point I see people using is that Frisk can "destroy universes" due to what Chara said during the Genocide ending. I can understand why as it could be easier interpreted as such, but when looking at Chara's speech, they never said the word universe once. They said world. Yes, you could argue that world and universe are interchangeable, but they could have said universe, maybe even timeline, or even existence, but they didn't. And even if they could do that, it wasn't Frisk's strength, it was Chara's and it was only a choice upon achieving lv 20, and Frisk in indie cross is just one exp short.

Through this reasoning I'd put frisk between V1 and the Knight with them being way closer to the Knight and very far from V1. I don't know what V1's strength is due to never having played Ultrakill but seeing many people glazing him, I would say he has to be pretty strong. Considering how little things the Knight has (base nail, only has shade soul, never upgraded desolate dive to descending dark and doesn't seem to have howling wraths, let alone abyss shriek and doesn't have Void Heart) I'd say Frisk would be above him, but if the Knight had all those upgrades, it would be much stronger.

Of course this is just what I've found and if anyone disagrees or has anything that I missed which contradicts my explanation they can happily post it.
