Why isnt China Airlines 5 star on skytrax?

IMO they should definitely get its fifth star. Ive had pretty good service all around. I will say cabin crew is inconsistent but otherwise all around deserves its fifth star on skytrax. So why hasnt it? Or why doesnt it deserve its fifth star?
