VA Healthcare - HSA Question

I have an ACL tear from a service-connected disability and use Community Care as my primary source of healthcare, with the VA healthcare as my primary insurance. I’m trying to return to skiing this fall and am looking at Stoko Designs knee-supporting tights.

Does anyone know if the VA will cover the cost of these tights if I use the payment type “TrueMed – Pay with HSA/FSA” at checkout?

Also, would I need to get a Letter of Medical Necessity from my community care provider for the VA to cover or reimburse this?

Anyone with experience navigating this process?
