Is a Ryzen 7 5700x3d and a RX 9060 XT a good pair for 1440p?

I was looking to upgrade my pc from an intel i7 7700 and a 3060ti to this build. I don't want to upgrade to AM5, so I looked at this build option, a Ryzen 7 5700x3d paired with a RX 9060 XT. Is this a good pairing for 1440p playing mostly Assetto Corsa, BeamNG Drive, F1 24, Minecraft, Cities Skylines, PUBG from time to time (ps: also im looking into playing other games as well.) Will there be any bottleneck at 1440p? Is my 3060TI (okay) for 1440p gaming and will not bottleneck my Ryzen 7 5700x3d? All help is welcomed and you may suggest a different CPU or GPU. I also only want AMD or NVIDIA. (PLEASE READ: CASE AND PSU IS NOT INCLUDED)
