Help explain Big Data 199 for Home Wifi

I bought a Smart 5g Turbo Max Home Wifi and the free 15 days of unlimited internet expired probably 3 months ago. I don't really use it except I have to use it now because my ISP is down.

Now, my question is, anong difference ng all access na data from the shareable data sa Big Data 199?

I asked because may nakita akong post na "shareable" means I can send it sa other numbers but this is a Home Wifi and I don't really want to exert all the effort to individually send it to my fam just to use it, especially since they all use Globe so baka di pwede. Are we just stuck with the 1 GB all access? Or pag naka-connect na kami sa Wifi ang nagagamit is yung shareable data without need to individually pasa it?

NOTE: Please don't suggest more expensive unli promos (such as the 1299 one), our ISP is very reliable and nasira lang yung cables nila due to heavy rains kanina kaya walang internet today. We expect na bukas meron na kaming internet so we don't need 30 days of unli data.
