Gigil ako sa Goverment office na DI MATAWAGAN, WALANG SUMASAGOT sa cx hotline

I need to inquire sana on MARINA office. They have online chat support, pero wlang nag rereply. E pumunta ako ng office and nag inquire. No choice importante ksi ung tanong ko. So nung nandun na ako. Nag complain na ako ng chat support nila, sabi sa IT daw yun. So nag hingi nlng ako ng contact no. Nang department nila. Tried to call dun mismo and hindi mka connect. I informed the personel na di mka connect, then pinuntahan nya nman ung office mate nya cguro. Tpus na advice nya ako na tumawag ulit. Sumagot nman.

Ngayun after couple of days. Wla nnaman.

Sana may mka recomend dito kng anu pde magawa. Ung permanent sulution sana. Khit mg complain ka sa head temporary lng dn un. Nxt month balik nnman ang issue
