Lip Lift at mid 20s

I want to get a lip lift done in Canada, I would definitely benefit from it, had a consultation with a doc and we could at least take 3-5mm. My philtrum is around 20mm, and I don't really have a gummy smile. I generally scar ok, not super visible but to My biggest issue is that I'm in my mid twenties, and a poc, and a visible scar is terrifying bc it can't be hidden.
