Barbas & Buer Cost: 4 SP Required: (Striker) Panacea, or Amy Dallon Required: (Tinker) Bonesaw, or Riley Grace Davis Well you did it; you went and made Bonesaw's dream a reality. You couldn't think of anything better to do with your time? No? Fine.
By merging these particular expressions of The Chirurgeon and The Shaper, you've achieved what remains out of reach for the vast majority of Tinkers: the near-instant transposition of blueprints from your mind into reality.
With a single touch, you can overwrite the entirety of any living thing's biology, replacing it with one of your own design. This is not limited to animals, nor is it limited to your touch alone. The microbes in your body and on your skin, the root system that connects a forest, and someone standing barefoot in the grass on the other side of Central Park are all fair game; as long as the connection is through living biological matter, it makes no difference how many degrees of separation there are.
You can make any change to bodies and brains (and by extension, minds) or create any living thing you can imagine. It doesn't matter if living things don't actually work the way you intend, nor does it matter if what you've done bends certain laws of nature or physics. It. Just. Works. If it's theoretically possible with biology, you can do it... with one exception; for the time being, at least, you must still adhere to the law of conservation of mass, limiting you based on the target's existing biomass. You could, for example, break a target into multiple smaller creatures, but you could not make a target larger without the addition of more biomass.
