Don’t Know What to Do

There are about 3 stray cats I feed. I am 19 years old and am staying with my mom for the summer. My sister is 17 years old. We are trying to convince my mom to let us adopt the cats. She doesn’t want to. I’ve already called my nearest shelter and they won’t take them because there’s no room.

How do I continue to take care of them?
