I'm not able to see and join my friends private ASA unofficial server, despite connecting to it multiple times in the past. The only thing that's changed since my last connection to the server is my location and network. The server is 'Favorited', and it appears grey-ed out in the server list with map type as 'Unknown', '0/0 Players', 0 Ping, '--.--' Build. It does not appear in a server search and I've played around with the search filters.

A separate friend is able to see the server and connect no problem. The server owner is able to see the server and connect no problem. It's hosted on a second PC, and is updated to the current game version. We are all on ASA PC/Steam and updated (v68.16 as of this post). I've attempted to connect via the Steam -> View -> Servers method and the server did not appear. I've tried going into my network Firewall settings and created new port rules for 7777/7778 and 27015. I've verified game files and done multiple game restarts. I'm able to see AND JOIN other unofficial servers, and even joined one without a password to make sure I could connect. Watching a friend's game stream, they were able to search and find the server with no issue. Even with the same search settings I'm unable to see the server

I'm unable to find any more solutions to this problem and haven't seen anyone else with it. Anyone seen this before or know a solution?
