First car

I’m looking into getting my first car used through a private party and wanting a bmw as I have always wanted one. My price range is about 5 to 10k as that is what I have been seeing 335i, 330i and 328i going for on used marketplaces. Usually these cars have around 100k or more miles but seem well maintained is it worth it to purchase one of these as a first car?
