Passenger front window stuck in up position

Having the exact same issue that a user in this post is having:

Window is stuck open and won’t roll down. Doesn’t work from either the passenger or driver window buttons. And no wires are disconnected. Just pulled the door apart and everything looks OEM. Nothing is broken, no fuses blown, no water damage. No idea what it could be.
