Senior Citizen Discount

hi! i just want to ask if hindi talaga inohonor yung senior citizen discount pag yung bibilin na product is listed as “for special dietary use?”. we’ve been buying this specific milk for my grandma (prescribe by her doctor din) and lagi naman nadidiscount, but this time they denied daw kasi for pwd lang daw siya. 😕
