New to us 2013 Cx5

So joining the Cx5 group as of tomorrow. Found what looks like a good find for a 2013. Only 71,000 miles, sports ed, Japan manuf. However, after reading the experian report, it was clocked at 85,000 +, before it was leined on after what I'd assume is just sitting in inventory or wherever for the last 3 years.

Now I'm wondering if the engine was rebuilt or replaced. Am I over thinking what may just be a clerical error?
