The current state of Haig/Dimple scotch

How come Haig/Dimple are so rarely discussed in whiskey forums? They seem to be very affordable blends, with the Dimple 12 being about 50AUD and the Dimple 15 being around 80AUD (I'm Australian, so availability will obviously be different to the UK, US, and elsewhere), yet I've never seen a review (of a recent bottling) that wasn't years old. It seems to have been very popular a few decades ago, showing up in dozens of films and being mentioned multiple times in Graham Greene's Our Man in Havana, how come it's seemingly disappeared?
