How to install assets from browser

I used to be able to install assets from browser, now I cant anymore. I think somethings broken, maybe theres something I can change? the popup to "open in clipstudio" does come up on my browser, but nothing happens when I click it. I can still install from the clip studio app, but browser is just more convenient. thank you in advance
