Terminated on the spot

Hi, guys. May friend na ka work ako na naterminate due to absences. May occurences sya and some of those di sya nakaprovide ng ng medcert and nagheadsup naman. Meron din due to personal reasons. Total of 11 occurences based sa prinovide na screen shot or record sakanya ng TL kanina, kung kailan sya naterminate. Sa facebook chat naman sabi 16 na daw.

Sa company, meron kaming 3rd month and 5th month review. Sa 5th month review, di pa nagdecide yung tl nya, ineextend ng 1 month sya para sa review kung iki keep ba sya. Kakabalik nya lang sa work kanina, and after shift nasabihan na terminated na sya. Walang inask for dispute or whatsoever.

Valid ba to? On the spot naterminate and hindi man lang na hearing or na ask if may dispute for occurences. Help, please. Thanks!

Edit: plan nyang mag file sa DOLE and or mag inquire muna. Need ng phone number ng company, paano kung walang direct phone number since small company lang. Way to contact yung company namin/HR ay via email lang.
