Working but not finishing anything?

So I'm kinda new to corporate world. 4 years ago I was unloading trucks off a dock.

I've been with this company for 6 months. (2 months basically training).

I feel like I haven't really done anything but a bunch of meetings and shifting the amount of work someone else was doing and trying to just move it around.

I've worked on so many projects that just went nowhere. I'm thinking it's a red flag when my boss says that she's worked on projects til 1am.

Is this normal to just sorta work on stuff that doesn't go anywhere for a long time?
