The rent is $1650/month. You will be in a 2 bdrm unit with a bathroom. The unit has a balcony, dishwasher and laundry in the building. We are 5 minutes, by walk, from a Green Line station and a Trader Joe's. We have a designated parking space too that I do not use.

👤 About Your Roommate:
You’ll be sharing the apartment with me, a 30-year old male in engineering. I work 2-3 days/week at the office. I am decently athletic, running half-marathons and biking to work. I am looking for someone, late 20s or older, who is proactive, relatively quiet and has a shared sense of responsibility. Because I am studying and working at the same time, I cannot be as social as I'd like and I would like my roommate to respect that.
