Folding powerchair

Can someone with a folding powerchair please measure the rubber caster cap for me? Mine is an Eagle HD and was lost by baggage handlers. I think fold and go and others would be a similar size. I can't stomach paying $30 plus shipping for two pieces of plastic/rubber. They have options on Amazon and I can measure on my chair. I just want the inside measurement. TIA
