I got decent Step 1 NBME CBSSA scores (75.5% on NBME 24 17 days ago and 78% on NBME 25 3 days ago), but I feel like I was mostly guessing on most questions. Is this normal or does this indicate a deep flaw in my preparation? Will I still feel like I was mostly guessing even if I study a lot and improve to 85%+ ?

I feel like I have only partial recall from sketchy or first aid of the mechanisms being tested. Will this improve once I reach higher ability levels? Exam scheduled 61 days from now.
