Do We Have Good Base Coaches?

I've been curious about how our base coaches stack up in the league, as I often times feel they're making really, really bad sends. Long story short, I'm likely wrong. There isn't conclusive evidence to suggest we're one of the worst base running teams in the league overall. However, I did have some interesting findings.

Thrown Out At Home: We're actually 8th best in the league. Only been thrown out 7 times (Rays are worst with 20).

Thrown Out At Third: However, we are worst in the league here. We've been thrown out at third 9 times (Cubs are best in the league with 0).

Thrown Out At Second: We are tied for 7th worst here with multiple teams. Been thrown out 9 times. Multiple playoff teams worse than us including Phillies and Padres.

Picked Off: We're tied for 3rd worst here, having been picked off 11 times. (Angels have only been picked off twice)

Stolen Base %: We're 8th best in the league here with an 80% steal rate. (Mets #1 at 87%)

Steal Home: Best in the league, the only team to have swiped home twice. And we've done it with 0 failed attempts. (Padres are 1 for 3)

What are your thoughts on our base coaches, and the decision making of our runners themselves?
