Anyone with AS also dealing with high estrogen and low T?

Hey everyone —
I’ve been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis and have also been struggling with high estrogen and low testosterone. I’ve noticed symptoms like wide hips, chest puffiness, fatigue, low libido, and mental fog. Doctors have tossed around labels like gynecomastia or even gender dysphoria, but I don’t feel like that fits me.

I’m wondering if this could be connected to inflammation, weight gain, or something hormonal that links back to AS?

Has anyone here experienced hormonal imbalances along with AS — especially estrogen dominance or low testosterone? Did anything help?
I’m just trying to understand my body better and not feel like I’m going crazy
