Request for next build for a long term casual player

Hey guys, I'm a very casual player with a fair bit of play time overall (~3k hours) however I don't play too much currently due to life. (Maybe 10 hours a week tops?)

I'm currently a LVL 85 cold convert BV Elementalist (following chronic painless' build)

However I'm hitting red maps and starting to die a lot more, and not enjoying the build as much due to it. (No shame on the build, it is very well written and has a very clear path forward if I did want to invest and improve it, I'm just not enjoying the play style itself as much as I thought I might've.)

I'm looking for a new build to play which would basically be a league restart (only have approx 2 div to use.)

i have a few builds that I've played in past with previous leagues that I'd like to use those skills again if possible. I've been looking at poe ninja for most things however a LOT of the builds are using magebloods and forbidden flesh and flames etc, things that I won't be able to farm, so I'm looking for something that can at least start maps and being relatively tanky to start so I can just casually play and work my way up towards t16s without dying 3 - 4 times a map. (can deal with lower dps, dying often is more of a deterrent for me.)

Hit based divine ire, big laser doing huge damage is fun. (hierophant mana based was the build I previously played and really enjoyed, however it seems like ignite Elementalist seems to be the way to go now, which I'm not inherently against if it is the way to make it work the easiest.)

Mjolnir / some sort of tankier discharge. (Not COC) (Played a LONG time ago before the ralakesh boots rework when you had to manually disable them with weapon toggles to grant charges instantly lol, love discharge as a concept, maintaining charge generation etc.) However discharge used as a main skill seems to have fallen off fairly hard.

Apologies for the wall of text, any help would be appreciated.

TLDR: fresh league start build, divine ire or discharge, preferably a little tankier for very casual play rather than super blast big profit.
