Grams

I have my surgery on the 10th and I’m worried that the surgeon is going to take to much off he estimates 1000 grams per side I feel like they are not big enough to get that much off I am currently a 36 g and want to go down to around a small d full c during my consultation we didn’t even mention the size I want to be but we did talk about grams I do know my boobs are big but I have lived with them for so long I’m just tricking my self in to thinking there normal size anyone have similar size and grams removed and any advice
