Do you guys actually notice minor frame drops?

I genuinely don’t and I really think people who complain about them are either bullshitting or they just don’t have enough fun actually playing so they focus on meaningless things. (I mean minor as in a few extra particles got added to the screen so the fps dropped by three, I totally understand complaints about major frame drops.)
