Isn’t a ford ranger technically a muscle car??

Ok. The 4.0 sohc was in the mustang, and both came with manual 5 Speeds. You can get the ranger with 410 gears which practically makes it a mustang drivetrain. So technically isn’t the ranger a muscle car?? I’m sure it doesn’t weigh all that much more too. Sounds kind of dumb but makes a little bit of sense to me
