Lust and Porn need help

First off, sorry if anything in here is too direct, I don’t like to dance around words and such.

Lately I’ve been falling a lot to lust and porn, the feelings have just been super strong. The worst of it is that I often think of how dissapointed God must be in me as I’m in the act. I had somewhat of a handle on things and I was even starting to get away from porn but now I feel like I’m being pulled back in. At this very moment I WANT to do these things but I know I shouldn’t. So does anyone have any advice for me to flee from these urges and get all the lustful thoughts out? Please
