Hi everyone! I'm starting my PhD at George Mason this Fall (2025) and looking for a room to rent or potential roommates near the Fairfax campus starting around August.

My budget is up to $1000/month (including utilities).

Ideal location:

- Walking distance to GMU

- Near a GMU shuttle stop

- Or along the CUE bus route (~20 min to campus)

- Clean, quiet, and respectful

- I value privacy and shared space boundaries
