Psychiatry in France

Hi! I will be participating in TAPIF in the fall. I am currently on an SSRI and am figuring out the best way to access it in France. I know therapists are out-of-pocket in France, but what about psychiatrists? In the US I am currently seeing a psychiatrist who both prescribes medication and offers therapy. Is this a thing in France, or are psychiatry and therapy always separate? I also read about the droits ALD that you can get for chronic conditions, including psychiatric conditions. Would it be worth trying to get those? Would love to hear any past experiences with psychiatry in France!
