New pharmacy/Niacimanide

Hey everyone! Seems like a handful of other people are dealing with the same issue, but I just wanted to check on what I received.

Since we started (July 2024) we’ve been getting sema from Hallandale via Ivim health, but my most recent refill came from Belmar, has seam AND niacimanide in it, which is something I never asked for or taken before.

So the point of the post,

1. Has anyone started taking sema with niacimanide? if so, any side effects?

2. How does the sema from Belmar compare to Hallandale?

Just kinda nervous about the random change without any info about it at all,
