am i missing something?

i’m trying to post this with an open mind, and i’m not trying to offend anyone in the process.

what is with all the hate with everyone’s experience at target? target has legitimately been my favorite job i’ve (23m) ever worked. so much that i moved across the country to work for the same store again after a 4 year hiatus. i was very loosely promised a spot back and being worked into a TL position. the first half has come true, and i really feel like im at home again. i’ve only been back for two weeks, and my last two days combined i’ve had 7 INF’s to 943 items.

what am i missing? i know each store is different, but i feel like i see much more negativity and weird stuff here than the good. thanks!
