Need help please

I haven't been on my depo shot in 6 months and 4 of those months I haven't had sex. And tonight I had unprotected sex causing him to finish in me. Since being on depo I don't usually ovulate and my periods are irregular. I just need to know if I should start panicking or wait and see. Has anyone experienced this?
