I bought a weight loss spell off etsy and I regret it pls help 😭

Hello so I apologize to the witch community in advance for making such a stupid descision: I made a really impulsive purchase yesterday and decised to buy a weight loss spell off of Etsy yesterday and I believe I'm starting to feel the effects of it a day later, which is today. It feels like no matter what I eat, I still feel hungry but I'm at a point where I can't stomach anymore food. I know I should have done more research before doing something so dangerous and impulsive but I was feeling really insecure about myself and made a dumb decision. I've done more reswarch today on how and why unspecific weight loss spells are so dangerous. Can anyone please help me? Is there a way the spell can be camcelled or reversed? Or maybe someone has some advice on how to cope with the extrexe hunger pain? I'd really appreciate it.
