Finished Shadowheart’s quest in act 3, but no romance screen

Like the title says, got through her entire quest, we’re romantically involved but the scene just isn’t triggering.

I researched it a bit, and I never did the night lily thing or had the conversation about swimming. Is my run through just bugged then with no hope?

I am on console btw, so I don’t know if I can do any file edits to fix this.
