Battlenet purchase

Good evening, I play only on phone (iPhone) however I noticed I can only purchase 7200 orbs for 99.99 and there is a adoption on battlenet of 15000 orbs for 200 instead, so I decided to buy the 200 one (more value for the money) however I have not received it on my account yet. I once played a game that both Android and iPhone have different wallets on the game currency and if I purchase x amount of it on iPhone it won’t show on iPhone. Does DI works on the same way?
