top hat is a dumpster fire

i’ve had so many last straws with their food. i always end up back because of majority group decisions + family. but seriously, every order (WITHOUT FAIL) has something wrong with it. don’t even get me started about ordering their food on grubhub. it never ever ever ever arrives in whole. it’s like half of every order, and then they default to, “well you’ll have to bring that up with grubhub” please tell me i’m not alone!! why do people still eat there, it’s a nightmare
