Lian Li PW16-121W Strimer Wireless 12V-2X6 with 4080 SUPER
Hey all, currently I have a 4080 Super using the adaptor that came in the box. The cable is a 3x8 pin cable going into 3x separate PCIE cables into the PSU no problems.
I'm looking at the Lian Li PW16-121W Strimer Wireless 12V-2X6 (Right angle connector) as linked below.

My question is, would this cable actually deliver enough power to the GPU safely given the currently adaptor my GPU came with? assuming this is the correct setup.
Additionally, a quick Google search from Corsair (My PSU Vendor) states the minimum is 3x8 with 450W.
I would think it wouldn't work based off my findings, but why would Lian Li market & design this cable for 12v if my 4080s couldn't handle it? is this reserved only for lower power 40 series cards like 4070 & lower?
Cheers
