Games Crashing after new GPU

I got a 3060ti up from a 1660ti and almost all of the games I tried to test it on crash before they start. I’ve tried everything I can think of, uninstalling drivers, using old driver versions, booting on low graphics, I think everything I’ve seen may be an issue I’ve done. I’m thinking it may just got unlucky with a bad gpu?

I have a 750w psu, i5-10600k and a GIGABYTE Z490 AORUS Elite - ATX, everything I looked at says these should be compatible
