Mini split unit decision

Hello, we are looking to invest in mini split units (a unit that goes directly into the wall to cool/heat the space instead of central air). We are seeing Bosch and Mr. Cool available at HD. We know Bosch name, but never heard of Mr. Cool. Open to other brands as well.

Those of you who have one, what brand do you have and what do you like/not like about it?
