Fantasies for a mostly DL woman?

Hi friends. I am mostly DL, less AB. I find wearing & soaking diapers to be relaxing and sexually arousing, and I also like to be a caregiver dom to others, but I’m having a hard time knowing what I want for myself. My imagination comes up short for scenarios.

I came out as ABDL to my husband recently and he was puzzled but tentatively okay with it. (He tends to be very vanilla but he tries to play along, within the boundaries of his comfort zone.) However, I stopped short of being able to tell him how I wanted to be interacted with while wearing a diaper. I don’t like baby talk or pacifiers, but I do like being taken care of—brought snacks in bed, tucked in carefully, etc. I also have fantasies of casually wearing on long road trips—but discreetly; I’m not trying to have my child or strangers find out. I found a few pics of pregnant women wearing real ABDL diapers and those really resonated with me—when I was pregnant, the constant need to pee had me desperate for diapers. (I was too new in my relationship to bring up the possibility then.)

So what do other mostly-DL people do as their ideal scenario while wearing? How do you avoid the baby talk but still indulge a comfortable, cozy side of yourself?
