Why is rapido charging more for scooty rides? (While it is supposed to be cheaper than normal bikes)

Is it happening to me only or is anyone else experiencing it??

Like, it makes no sense. While scooties like activa and Jupiter are supposed to give more mileage than bikes, rapido is charging almost 10rs/ride more.
