Exhausted and Alone

My baby just turned 13 weeks/3 months (born at 37+2 if that matters). My husband is out of the country for work and we also have a high maintenance dog and MAN I am going through it. I’ve hardly eaten since he left because my baby suddenly now will burst out into loud cries if I set her down. She naps only if being held, which isn’t usually the case, She also wants to eat every 2 hours on the dot, but only will drink like 2.5-3.5 oz (EFF). I don’t know if this is some sort of regression or leap but I’m desperate for advice. I have virtually no time to take care of myself between our baby and dog.
