Looking for new leather shoes

I wear Skechers black leather non-slip shoes (product 77200). They are my everywhere shoes, so I wear through them in about a year, maybe less. The comfort insert wore out in three days this time which sucked, but the shoes still made it almost a year. I tried on the leather hokas but didn't like them. The Skechers are comfortable to me, I just feel they've been wearing out a lot faster than they used to. I used to get 2 years before they started falling apart. Does anyone have any favorite brands that do black leather non-slip?
