Built a search engine for AI prompts. It blew up. Here's what happened.
Let me tell you real quick how it all happened:
Sometimes you know what you want to get from ChatGPT or Claude, but you just don’t know how to ask it properly.
I was tired of trying a bunch of prompts, tweaking them for hours, and still getting mid results.
So I built Paainet.
You just type what you want to do in normal words, like:
- “Make my resume better”
- “Give me college-level notes from this news article”
- “Write a Steve Jobs-style pitch”
- “Help me sound smart on Twitter”
And Paainet gives you one super prompt — clean, clear, no fluff — that you can copy, save.
🚀 Now, the crazy part
I launched it quietly 3 weeks ago. Just Reddit and some messages to people I thought would vibe with it.
I expected 5 people to maybe use it. But then…
- 💥 200+ users started using it
- 🧠 People searched stuff like: "turn my blog into a tweet thread", "make a business plan", "explain calculus like anime"
- 💬 People started DMing saying “this feels like magic”, “this is my new fav AI tool”, “this is so intentional”
- 🔁 Someone posted about it (without even telling me lol) and it got 180+ likes on a random AI forum
Whether you're a student, a founder, a writer, a creator — good prompts should be accessible.
Thanks for reading 🙌
